I bought back a property today (my first time). I am thankful that the transition went smoothly without any resistance.

I clocked in 13 hours working (really working) today - and I enjoyed every minute of it. :-)

I learned a valuable lesson on tenant relations - sometimes you just have to be present.
Even if you can do things remotely, your presence matters.

What do you do when a tenant cries to you over money problems?
You tell her that all problems are temporary, then you give her options :-)
